Kenneth J. Jones, President of Kenneth J. Jones, Inc. has just announced that Mensi Properties, LLC has selected Kenneth J. Jones, Inc. to exclusively market its 7,350 square foot light industrial building located at 200 Marion Ave, Linden, NJ.
The property is located 1¼ miles from US Highway Routes 1 and 9, about 4 miles from New Jersey Turnpike Interchange 13 and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island, and is 7± miles south of Newark Liberty International Airport.
200 Marion Ave is a masonry and steel structure and, according to public records, it was built in 1967. It's been used as a steel fabrication facility by Metals Plus, Inc. since 1987. However, due to its continued business growth, Metals Plus has engaged Kenneth J. Jones, Inc. to help locate a larger facility to accommodate its expansion requirements.
The building is accessible via 2 12-foot drive-in doors and the interior is almost entirely industrial use space with a 14-foot clear-span ceiling height, plus a 600± square foot office at the front of the building.
