I just HAD to change the header on this blog. Although it was aesthetically pleasing, in my opinion, the old header gave the impression that I was exclusively residential in my real estate practice; nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, there are very few real estate uses that I do not have experience with. And, in fact, I personally took every photo in the new header collage as part of my brokerage and appraisal practices.

Anyway, I designed and created this new header to better represent the many types of real estate uses I deal with, although there are soooooo many that are not included in this header collage.
